I have a very broad range of experience, and can provide services that include but are not limited too: home addition construction, garage construction, carpentry, painting, stonework, minor electrical repair, minor plumbing repair, fencing, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, siding, roofing, window replacement, insulation, flooring and tiling. In all cases I have experience providing these services and on request can show you results of my work.
Use of subcontractors - In some cases I will recommend using subcontractors. Upon request, and at a 20% surcharge, I will assist in subcontractor selection and oversight. My goal will be to increase the chances that the subcontractor does the right thing well!
